Chef John Besh to speak at St. Tammany West Chamber of Commerce luncheon
The Chamber of Commerce will host its annual Cultural Economy Luncheon on Wednesday, August 25 at La Provence in observance of Cultural Economy Awareness Week, as proclaimed by Parish President Kevin Davis.
This year’s guest speaker will be Chef John Besh whose talk will be centered on the theme of “The Power of One” and the concept of how one person can make a difference.
Local musician Ronnie Kole will perform, desserts will be made by Fontainebleau and Mandeville High School students under the supervision of Chef Erick Loos and raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the door for various items featured during the luncheon.
Doors open for registration at 11:30 a.m. with the program starting at noon. Cost is $40 for chamber members; $45 for non-members.
